Role & Responsibilities
- Support product assortment planning and seasonal merchandising initiatives for costume jewelry and accessories categories
- Assist in market analysis and trend research to inform merchandising strategies across European regions
- Collaborate with design, retail operations, and supply chain teams to optimize product placement and inventory alignment
