Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Merchandiser in managing performance metrics (sales, inventory levels, sell-through rates, stock months of cover) across European boutique networks
• Develop presentations for stakeholder audiences including boutique teams, European leadership, and executive management
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses aligned with business priorities and operational developments
• Define and implement action plans to optimize sales performance, including stock transfers and inventory diversification
• Prepare and monitor collection purchasing across European boutiques during showroom sessions, including development of purchasing tools and purchase tracking

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English required to communicate with European markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for performance analysis and presentations
• Demonstrated rigor and autonomy in project execution
• Authentic sensitivity to product aesthetics and fashion collections
• Strong analytical mindset with quantitative orientation
• Excellent adaptability and problem-solving capability
• Natural curiosity and resourcefulness in identifying commercial solutions
• Power BI experience preferred
