Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal teams and clients.
  • Drive the business within the Shoes Category, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning.
  • Coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople, fostering a positive working environment.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training for team members, emphasizing Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge.
  • Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Understanding of and passion for client experience. Excellent communication skills. Foreign language skills preferred. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a related field, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
