Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager for Skincare on the France market through the full product lifecycle, from concept and assortment definition to in-store launch and post-launch tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with merchandising, retail, supply chain, regulatory and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of launches and promotional events.
- Prepare commercial tools and POS materials; update product briefs, sell sheets, pricing grids and SKU lists for internal and retail partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity and sales performance data to produce actionable insights and support assortment and promotional decisions.
- Contribute to project planning and timeline management, monitoring milestones and resolving operational blockers to maintain launch schedules.
- Assist with retailer communications, training materials and sales reporting to France retail and wholesale partners.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Cosmetics/Cosmetic Science, or a related discipline (required for internship status).
- Strong interest in prestige beauty and a solid understanding of the French skincare market.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize commercial data into clear recommendations.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; discretion and attention to detail in all deliverables.

Internship-level role. Ideal candidates will have prior internship experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail or FMCG, or demonstrable academic projects related to product or brand management.
