Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal teams and clients.
- Drive business growth within assigned product categories through strategic planning and execution.
- Coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge and insights.
- Conduct analysis, reporting, and assortment planning in partnership with the Home Office buying team.
- Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
