Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize all product-related information to facilitate timely collection development and launch
- Pilot and implement collection tracking documentation systems and tools utilized by Paris and Italian team members, including product specification sheets and historical codification records
- Manage product loan requests and coordinate stakeholder requirements for footwear samples and prototypes
- Ensure clear communication and information flow among Paris-based teams, Italian manufacturing partners, internal production facilities, and other departments within the Maison
Qualifications
- First-hand experience in product-related functions or similar roles
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to precision in product documentation
- Strong organizational and anticipatory thinking capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent French language skills, both written and spoken

Experience
Previous exposure to product development, quality assurance, merchandising, or related operational functions in fashion, luxury goods, or manufacturing environments.
Education
Secondary education completed; coursework or studies in fashion, merchandising, supply chain management, or related disciplines preferred.
