Chanel seeks an Operations Assistant for a 6-month internship supporting boutique operations at Roissy Airport. Analyze sales, manage inventory, coordinate services. Start January 2023.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly store sales performance and results tracking
- Monitor product performance metrics including sell-through rates, slow-moving items, and bestsellers
- Evaluate sales team performance and provide performance insights to management
- Support the Operations Manager in managing general store services including maintenance, security, and IT
- Coordinate procurement of store supplies, printed materials, and uniforms while adhering to budget constraints
- Track and manage customer shipments and delivery logistics
- Prepare team briefings and store communications for operational updates
- Compile and present performance data for management meetings and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university program
- First professional experience in retail operations, sales, stock management, or finance/administration
- Genuine interest in the fashion industry and luxury retail environment
- Excellent professionalism and personal presentation
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English proficiency
