Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational functions within the boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management.
- Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Lead and inspire operational staff, fostering a positive working environment and promoting a culture of feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
- Act as the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems, and Tools, serving as a resource for the entire Boutique Team.
- Manage the budget and forecast expenditures for a multi-faceted boutique.
- Lead various projects and take initiative to drive business results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation
