Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of merchandising strategies for makeup and fragrance collections
- Assist in coordinating product launches and promotional campaigns across retail channels
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and retail operations teams to align product presentation and stock allocation
