Chanel seeks an Assistant Merchandising Manager in Ho Chi Minh City to support luxury merchandise strategies, inventory planning, and retail performance optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of merchandise strategies aligned with Chanel's luxury positioning and seasonal collections
- Collaborate with buying and design teams to analyze product performance, market trends, and consumer demand across assigned categories
- Support inventory planning, allocation, and replenishment activities to optimize stock levels and minimize markdowns
- Monitor sales data and KPIs to provide insights on merchandise mix and performance across wholesale and retail channels
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics, and retail partners to ensure timely product delivery and compliance with Chanel standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in merchandising, buying, or inventory management within a luxury fashion environment
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data interpretation and forecasting
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese; additional language skills valued

3–5 years of progressive experience in merchandising, buying, or related roles within luxury fashion retail or wholesale operations
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Fashion Design, or equivalent field
