Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Regional Market Coordinators in managing operational client portfolio activities, including inter-boutique order redistributions and delivery tracking communications
- Prepare and participate in monthly delivery meetings with assigned regional markets
- Pilot and track international transfers and monitor market-specific events
- Manage delivery errors and synchronize resolution actions with the distribution centre
- Contribute to continuous improvement of existing operational processes
Qualifications
- Bac+4 to Bac+5 student in business school, in final year of studies or during a gap year
- Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Power BI experience is a plus

Experience
Academic or professional exposure to supply chain, operations planning, or fashion business operations is advantageous. Previous internship experience in a luxury or fashion environment is valued.
Education
Bac+4 to Bac+5 in business school or equivalent programme at final year or during a gap year.
