Role & Responsibilities
- Support store leadership in executing product merchandising, presentation and assortment strategy to maximize sell-through and uphold brand standards.
- Manage inventory lifecycle activities including receiving, stock allocation, replenishment, transfers and shrinkage control.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and buying teams to implement floor moves, window concepts and seasonal resets in the boutique.
- Analyse sales, inventory and KPI reports to recommend reorders, promotions and assortment adjustments.
- Coach and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, clienteling techniques and operational procedures to elevate service and conversion.

Qualifications
- Proven retail merchandising or product management experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
- Demonstrated supervisory or assistant-management experience with a track record of coaching and developing sales teams.
- Strong numerical aptitude with experience using sales and inventory reports to drive commercial decisions.
- Excellent product knowledge and a deep appreciation for luxury brand presentation and client service standards.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak selling periods.

Minimum three years' experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion; at least one year in a supervisory or assistant manager role responsible for merchandising or product operations.
