Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations at Westfield UTC, ensuring flawless product presentation and adherence to Chanel visual merchandising standards.
- Drive sales performance and KPIs through proactive clienteling, floor leadership and targeted selling initiatives.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to elevate service levels, conversion and average transaction value.
- Manage inventory activities including replenishment, stock accuracy, receiving, transfers and cycle counts to optimise availability.
- Coordinate with regional management on assortment, promotional executions and stock allocation to meet local demand.
- Ensure compliance with cash-handling, POS procedures and loss-prevention policies.
- Assist with hiring, scheduling and performance management to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
- Handle boutique administrative duties including reporting, payroll inputs and ad-hoc operational projects.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail; demonstrated ability to lead a sales team.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a boutique environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in inventory management and visual merchandising execution.
- Exceptional clienteling and customer service skills, with an ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
