Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day boutique operations at Westfield UTC, ensuring flawless product presentation and adherence to Chanel visual merchandising standards.
  • Drive sales performance and KPIs through proactive clienteling, floor leadership and targeted selling initiatives.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to elevate service levels, conversion and average transaction value.
  • Manage inventory activities including replenishment, stock accuracy, receiving, transfers and cycle counts to optimise availability.

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in inventory management and visual merchandising execution.
