Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire the sales team to deliver an elevated client experience grounded in CHANEL heritage and savoir faire
- Foster a positive, inclusive working environment that encourages feedback, mutual respect, diversity, and collaborative teamwork
- Provide ongoing training and development on CHANEL product knowledge, service excellence, and brand positioning
- Manage all aspects of assigned product category including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and collaboration with Home Office buying team
- Develop and execute category-level business strategies and respond to performance data with agility and continuous improvement
- Represent CHANEL in the market through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and participation in social and seasonal events
- Maintain boutique image and operational standards through regular in-store presence and compliance with brand guidelines
- Partner closely with the Boutique Director to drive overall business performance and share critical strategic insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related retail or luxury product management experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Foreign language skills (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 15 pounds regularly
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and select holidays

Minimum 3 years of related retail, product management, or luxury goods experience, ideally in a boutique or assistant manager capacity with demonstrated success in team leadership and sales growth.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
