Chanel seeks an Assistant Manager, Product (Wynn) in Las Vegas, NV — lead boutique product merchandising, inventory and vendor relations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day product operations for the Wynn boutique: inventory control, stock replenishment, transfers and in-store availability.
  • Implement merchandising directives and local assortment plans in collaboration with regional merchandising and corporate product teams.
  • Analyse sales and inventory KPIs to recommend allocation, pricing adjustments and promotional activity that optimise sell-through and margin.
  • Supervise and coach boutique staff on product knowledge, visual presentation, receiving and stockroom processes.
  • Coordinate vendor communications, incoming shipments and quality control with logistics and supply-chain partners.
  • Prepare regular operational reports and present actionable insights to the store manager and regional leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with brand presentation standards, loss-prevention protocols and internal audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail product, merchandising or inventory management; boutique experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven supervisory experience; ability to coach a small team and manage daily store operations.
  • Strong numerical literacy with experience analysing KPIs (sell-through, stock cover, open-to-buy).
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to product presentation and stock accuracy.
  • Professional demeanour aligned with high-touch luxury service standards.

Experience
