Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end product development for the Miami design studio, ensuring timely delivery of samples and collections from concept through production.
  • Manage technical documentation and product specifications (tech packs, size charts, construction notes) and maintain accuracy within the PLM system.
  • Liaise with design, sourcing, quality assurance and production partners to secure materials, trims and prototypes while upholding luxury quality standards.
  • Oversee sample review and fit sessions, consolidate feedback and drive resolution of technical or construction issues.
  • Support costing and margin analysis in collaboration with merchandising and finance to ensure commercial viability of product proposals.
  • Supervise and mentor junior product staff, delegate tasks and maintain project timelines across multiple seasonal lines.
  • Prepare presentation materials, line sheets and production dossiers for internal stakeholders and external manufacturers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, Textiles or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven technical knowledge of garment construction, materials and fit for luxury apparel or leather goods.
  • Demonstrable experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing vendor/manufacturer relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and strict seasonal deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills; capacity to present technical information clearly to creative and commercial teams.
