Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire the sales team to deliver elevated client experiences through consistent floor presence and mentorship
- Foster a positive, inclusive working environment centered on feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork
- Provide comprehensive initial and ongoing training in Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery standards
- Drive all aspects of assigned product categories, including performance analysis, reporting, and assortment planning in partnership with the Home Office buying team
- Manage product categories with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators and learnings
- Represent Chanel in the market through community involvement, local business partnerships, and the development of social and seasonal events
- Maintain boutique image and operational standards whilst ensuring exceptional client service to drive business results
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related retail or product management experience
- Demonstrated passion for luxury brands and client experience
- Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships and lead diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results
- Comfort with ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and select holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in retail management, luxury product management, or related customer-facing business leadership roles. Experience coaching and developing sales teams in a luxury or high-end retail environment is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
