Chanel seeks an Assistant Manager, Product for Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills to manage assortment, inventory and brand standards at the account level.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the account leadership for the Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills location by managing product assortment, allocations and replenishment to maximise sales and brand representation.
- Coordinate seasonal launches, exclusive drops and in-store activations with merchandising, wholesale and retail teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with Chanel visual standards.
- Monitor sell-through, inventory levels and ageing; prepare regular performance and stock reports and recommend corrective actions to optimise turnover.
- Act as a primary liaison with Neiman Marcus store management to maintain shelf strategies, stock transfers, returns and promotional execution.
- Train and advise store sales teams on product knowledge, clienteling points and merchandising directives to elevate the client experience and protect brand integrity.
Qualifications
- Several years of progressive experience in luxury merchandising, wholesale account management or department-store operations, preferably within fashion or accessories.
- Proven ability to analyse sales and inventory metrics to inform assortment and allocation decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing cross-functional relationships between brand, wholesale and retail teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury brand standards, visual merchandising and client-facing excellence.
- Availability to work a retail-oriented schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required by store activities.
