Role & Responsibilities
- Own key operational functions including inventory control, cycle counts, shipping and receiving, and support facilities management, security, and compliance
- Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations team to execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency
- Coach and inspire the team to uphold and deliver operational excellence
- Contribute to a positive working environment and support a culture of feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork
- Serve as the expert resource on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools for the entire boutique team
- Support the team through various projects, initiatives, sales, and customer service activities
- Manage product requests and inventory movement while upholding organizational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related operations or retail management experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
