Chanel is hiring an Assistant Manager, Operations at its boutique in Las Vegas, NV. Lead store operations and deliver luxury client service at Wynn Las Vegas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations at the Wynn location, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards and guest experience protocols.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs through staff coaching, merchandising oversight and service excellence.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock accuracy, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention; coordinate with central stock and logistics teams.
- Direct front- and back-of-house teams: scheduling, labour optimisation, performance management and on‑the‑job training.
- Ensure strict compliance with cash handling procedures, POS reconciliation, loss-prevention measures and corporate audit requirements.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain presentation standards in collaboration with visual and corporate teams.
- Act as the primary liaison with hotel partners, vendors and internal corporate departments to resolve operational issues and support client events.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or assistant management experience within luxury retail or a high-end boutique environment.
- Demonstrable track record of driving sales and operational KPIs in a client-facing retail setting.
- Strong organisational aptitude with hands-on experience in inventory control, cash management and loss-prevention procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a multicultural retail team.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and during major retail events.

Experience
Typically 3+ years in luxury retail with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity; experience within high‑profile luxury hotels or resort boutiques is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
