Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily boutique operations to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to Chanel operational standards.
- Lead, coach and schedule sales and operations staff, driving performance, product knowledge and elevated clienteling.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and periodic audits to minimize shrinkage.
