Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational functions within the boutique, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities management, security, resource planning and staffing, compliance, and expense management
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency
• Lead all operationally-aligned staff, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver flawlessly and maintain elevated service standards
• Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork
• Act as the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, serving as a resource for the entire boutique team
• Lead teams through various projects and take initiative to drive operational improvements
• Assist in managing the budget and forecasting expenditures for a multi-faceted boutique
• Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld through consistent in-store presence and team development

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related operations experience
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Understanding of and passion for client experience
• Passion for Chanel's heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
• Ability to lift 15 pounds regularly
• Flexible schedule with availability for late evenings, weekends, and select holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of related operational or retail management experience, with demonstrated success managing multiple business functions within a luxury boutique or retail environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,200 to USD 106,000 per annum.
