Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor daily boutique sales performance and key performance indicators
- Conduct monthly and ad-hoc product performance analysis including sell-through rates, best-sellers, and slow-moving inventory
- Evaluate monthly staff performance metrics and provide insights to operations management
- Support the Operations Manager in managing general services including maintenance, security, and IT
- Coordinate procurement of boutique supplies, printing materials, and uniforms within allocated budgets
- Track and ensure timely fulfillment of customer shipments
- Prepare and organize team briefings and operational information meetings
Qualifications
- Current student at a business school or university
- First professional experience in retail (sales, inventory management) or finance/management
- Strong interest in fashion and luxury retail
- Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English
