Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of client experience and clienteling advisors to deliver bespoke, high‑touch service to VIP and high‑potential clients.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies, appointment protocols and CRM-driven outreach to maximise client retention and lifetime value.
- Manage VIP appointment flow, client escalations and exceptional service recoveries while safeguarding brand standards and client confidentiality.
- Collaborate with boutique leadership, sales and merchandising to align private client experiences with product launches, trunk shows and inventory availability.
- Define team KPIs, perform regular performance reviews, and provide reporting and insight to regional management on client metrics and revenue contribution.
- Design and deliver ongoing training programmes on service rituals, product knowledge and personalised selling techniques.
- Coordinate in‑store VIP events and bespoke client initiatives in conjunction with marketing and events teams.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience within luxury retail or premium hospitality, preferably working with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in clienteling, CRM execution and personalised sales processes.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing frontline talent and driving sales performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to represent a luxury maison in high‑profile client interactions.
- Flexibility to work boutique hours, including weekends and evenings; availability for private client events and travel within the region as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
