Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and manage a diverse team of Sales Assistants, championing collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional growth
- Spend consistent time on the selling floor to inspire the team, deliver elevated and personalized client experiences, and anticipate client needs
- Foster a safe, positive working environment that embraces diversity, inclusion, and a culture of feedback, mutual respect, and teamwork
- Provide initial and ongoing training and development covering CHANEL savoir-faire, product details, service excellence, and professional development
- Analyze boutique and team member key performance indicators, propose thoughtful action plans, and empower team members to achieve goals aligned with CHANEL's vision
- Collaborate with the Training and Learning Manager to build customized learning support for Fashion Advisors and promote continuous personal growth
- Represent CHANEL authentically in the market, developing the client base through community involvement, local partnerships, and participation in social and seasonal events
- Work closely with the Boutique Leadership Team to impart knowledge, encourage curiosity, and support ongoing improvements in boutique efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related retail or hospitality management experience
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of and passion for client experience and service excellence
- Emotional intelligence, empathy, and commitment to CHANEL's values of inclusivity and generosity
- Knowledge of or enthusiasm to learn the history, heritage, and product offerings of the House of CHANEL

Minimum 3 years of related experience in retail management, hospitality leadership, or equivalent client-facing management roles demonstrating proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
