Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients, executing personalized engagement strategies and facilitating repeat purchases
- Supervise and mentor client development team members, providing coaching on luxury service standards and client relationship management
- Analyze client data and purchase patterns to identify growth opportunities and recommend targeted initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between retail, marketing, and clienteling teams to enhance customer experience
- Monitor key performance indicators including client retention, average transaction value, and Net Promoter Score
- Represent the Chanel brand in all client interactions, embodying the maison's heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client management, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or beauty
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat business

- Proficiency with CRM systems and client management databases

Experience
3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, client development, or account management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail may be considered
