Chanel seeks an Assistant Manager for Client Development at the Wynn Las Vegas boutique to lead team coaching and drive elevated client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and inspire the sales team on the boutique floor to deliver elevated client experiences and consistently exceed service standards
  • Foster a positive working environment grounded in feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and collaborative teamwork
  • Provide comprehensive initial and ongoing training for all team members in Chanel brand heritage, product details, and service delivery
  • Represent Chanel in the local market by developing the client base through community involvement, partnerships with high-profile businesses, and seasonal events
  • Maintain boutique image and operational standards while managing inventory and daily logistics
  • Develop and execute client acquisition and retention strategies aligned with Chanel's brand positioning
  • Support the Boutique Leadership Team by providing critical business insights and performance data

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of related retail or client development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively across functions
  • Understanding of and passion for luxury client experience and service excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift 15 pounds regularly
  • Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and select holidays
  • Passion for the House of Chanel, its heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 72,300 to USD 90,000 per annum.
