Role & Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate maintenance, alterations and repair requests received from Chanel fashion boutiques in Paris, ensuring timely turnaround in line with brand standards.
- Inspect garments and accessories to assess required interventions; prepare and label items for atelier or external supplier work.
- Track workflow and status of repairs in the service database; manage incoming/outgoing logistics with couriers and internal dispatch.
- Perform quality control on completed repairs and finishing; document defects and corrective actions to maintain traceability.
- Liaise with boutique teams, in‑house ateliers and approved external suppliers to schedule work and follow up on special requests.
- Provide administrative support: prepare work orders, update inventory records, handle client communication regarding repair status and delivery.
