Role & Responsibilities
- Support the leather goods planning team in preparing and maintaining production calendars and capacity schedules.
- Track order progress across internal ateliers and external suppliers; escalate timing or quality issues to stakeholders.
- Update and reconcile inventory, open orders and lead-time data to ensure alignment between demand and production.
- Prepare regular reports and KPI dashboards for planners and managers using Excel and internal systems.
- Coordinate cross‑functional meetings with product, supply‑chain, quality and sourcing teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Assist with short‑term demand adjustments, rush orders and seasonal production peaks under the guidance of senior planners.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintenance within the ERP/planning platforms; support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in supply chain management, industrial engineering, fashion business, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communicator, able to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers in a professional manner.
- Organised, deadline‑driven and able to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment focused on seasonal cycles.
- Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English.

Experience
Previous internship or coursework related to production planning, supply chain or fashion operations is preferred but not mandatory. Practical exposure to production scheduling, order follow‑up or supplier coordination will be considered an asset.
