Role & Responsibilities
- Support project management activities for IT performance and optimisation initiatives within the Parfums Beauté domain.
- Collect, analyse and visualise application and infrastructure performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Design and execute performance tests and assist in capacity planning for web, e‑commerce and backend services.
- Coordinate technical stakeholders, third‑party vendors and business users to drive remediation and optimisation actions.
- Contribute to the implementation and tuning of monitoring and APM solutions; maintain dashboards and runbooks.
- Prepare clear status reports, executive summaries and technical documentation for project governance.
- Participate in incident reviews and post‑mortem analyses to capture lessons learned and prevent recurrence.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university programme in computer science, information systems, software engineering or equivalent (master’s level preferred).

- Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills and attention to detail.
