Chanel seeks Assistant IT Project Manager for Fashion division, Paris. Internship supporting client ecosystem IT projects, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Accompany business teams through all project phases, including requirements definition, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support
- Prepare, produce, and track project deliverables including supporting documentation, meeting minutes, technical specifications, and progress reports
- Coordinate, prepare, and facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and collaborative workshops
- Monitor operational services through demand qualification and tracking, cross-team coordination, incident management, and prioritization of enhancements
- Maintain and improve team documentation repositories, tracking tools, working methodologies, and operational processes
- Execute responsibilities in compliance with Information Systems department standards, methods, and best practices
Qualifications
- Currently in final year of engineering school, business school with IT specialization, or equivalent university programme
- Demonstrated strong interest in IT project coordination, customer journey and service design, and luxury retail and digital challenges
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel and anticipate team needs
- Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities; comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira is advantageous
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken

"|Final-year student in engineering, business, or equivalent programme with demonstrated interest in IT project management and digital retail environments. No prior professional experience required, though coursework or internship experience in IT project support, business analysis, or customer service technologies is beneficial.
