Chanel in Paris seeks an Alternance Assistant IT Delivery Manager — Product & Authentication Solutions (Sept 2026). Apprenticeship role supporting digital delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the IT Delivery Manager in planning, coordinating and tracking deliveries for Product & Authentication digital solutions across fashion operations.
  • Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning and Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure alignment with product owners and business stakeholders.
  • Prepare functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams; translate business needs into testable requirements.
  • Coordinate vendor activities, oversee integration and manage change requests during development and pre-production phases.
  • Drive functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), consolidate test results, track defects and verify remediation prior to release.
  • Monitor delivery KPIs, produce status reports and dashboards for stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Support release management and rollout activities including deployment checklists, cutover plans and post-release support.
  • Maintain project documentation in Confluence/Jira and ensure knowledge transfer to operations and support teams.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a technical or management degree program (Master’s, engineering school or business school) with a focus on IT, information systems, engineering or digital project management — alternance/apprenticeship format required.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced matrix environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to liaise with technical teams, product owners and business stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail for writing acceptance criteria and validating test outcomes.
  • Proactive, service-oriented attitude and a keen interest in luxury fashion, product traceability and anti-counterfeiting technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and basic software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.

Experience
