Chanel Fashion Show Internship – Paris. VIC logistics and hospitality coordination internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate international VIC travel logistics, including guest details management, flight and airport transfer arrangements, and vendor communication
- Maintain and manage transport lists and rooming lists for hotel accommodations across show destinations
- Process travel changes, new requests, and cancellations with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize hospitality experiences including gift procurement, floral arrangements, room drops, and activity curation with logistics agencies
- Prepare welcome dinner guest lists and manage invitation design and printing, including calligraphy execution
- Coordinate boardroom setup at show venues in liaison with IT and logistics partners
- Oversee post-event administrative tasks: invoice collection, budget tracking, cost allocation by market, and experience reporting with key performance indicators
- Provide operational support to markets on Paris-based Haute Couture and Ready-to-Wear show organization
- Develop and maintain activity catalogs with local agencies and propose client gift selections
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or university
- First professional experience in operational marketing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong analytical capabilities in both quantitative and qualitative domains
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

First professional experience or equivalent in operational marketing, event coordination, or related field within luxury or fashion sectors preferred.
Education
Degree from a business school or university in marketing, business administration, events management, or related discipline.
