Role & Responsibilities
- Support the finance control team with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the Fragrance & Beauty division
- Assist in developing and maintaining pricing models and competitive pricing analyses
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales to align pricing strategies with business objectives
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and investigations as requested by senior team members
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent discipline
- Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and financial modeling
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders
