Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end production of runway shows and presentations, from initial planning through on‑site delivery.
  • Maintain and update production schedules, call sheets and logistics trackers for fittings, rehearsals and show day activities.
  • Coordinate with ateliers, wardrobe teams, hairstylists, makeup, set, lighting and external suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and readiness.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing garment and prop inventory: tagging, tracking, packing and secure storage.
  • Prepare production documentation (venue briefs, supplier contact lists, transport instructions) and assist with administrative follow‑up.
  • Attend rehearsals and on‑site rehearsals to support backstage operations, quick changes and cue coordination.
  • Assist with vendor quotations and basic budget tracking under the supervision of senior production staff.
  • Contribute to post‑show debriefs and documentation of lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in fashion, event production, arts management or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship format).
  • Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise professionally with internal creative teams and external suppliers.
  • Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during show periods, and to operate calmly under pressure.
  • Discretion, reliability and respect for confidentiality in handling high‑value garments and proprietary creative material.

Experience
