Chanel — Paris: Internship (Assistant, Fashion Image Projects) July 2026. Support orchestration of fashion imagery, shoots and campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the orchestration and day-to-day coordination of fashion image projects (editorial shoots, campaign production, lookbooks and related activations).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including creative direction, photography, styling, production and PR to align schedules, deliverables and creative briefs.
- Maintain and update project timelines, production calendars and logistics trackers to ensure milestone adherence and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate fittings, sample logistics and on-set requirements; manage communications with external vendors, studios and talent where applicable.
- Prepare documentation and presentations for project meetings, including shot lists, call sheets and post-production notes.
- Monitor project expenses and assist with basic budget tracking and invoice reconciliation.
- Ensure all outputs comply with brand image guidelines and quality standards; support post-production follow-up and archive management.
- Perform general administrative support for the image team as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant tertiary programme (fashion, communications, marketing, project management or similar).
- Demonstrated organisational rigor with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight schedules.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication; comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Keen visual sensibility and attention to detail with an understanding of fashion imagery and brand consistency.
- Proactive problem-solver with a service-oriented mindset and discretion handling confidential materials.

Internship-level role. Candidates should be currently enrolled in higher education; prior internship or work experience within fashion, editorial production, or brand communications is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Fashion, Communication, Marketing, Project Management or a related discipline.
