Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain event guidelines for global distribution to all international markets
- Support production, development, and tracking of collection events from conception through execution across worldwide locations
- Coordinate and verify all event content and invitations required for scheduled events
- Assist the team with logistics coordination including accommodation, travel bookings, and timeline management
- Prepare organizational summaries and follow-up documentation for all event activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in final year of business school or university program
- Prior experience in luxury sector or event management preferred
- Fluent verbal and written communication in French and English for daily professional use
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
