Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and rollout of employee benefit programs and initiatives across IT Europe
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and wellness programs
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee databases
- Help track program metrics and prepare reports on program effectiveness
- Communicate program information to employees and stakeholders
- Coordinate with HR partners across European locations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English and French
- Proficiency with HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
