Chanel Digital Project Assistant internship, Paris. Support digital strategy and platform development for luxury fashion brand starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in briefing sessions with creative teams (designers, UX/UI specialists, art directors) and technical stakeholders (Product Owners)
- Monitor conception, development, and project planning for ongoing digital initiatives
- Support coordination across multiple internal and external teams throughout project lifecycle
- Conduct functional and design testing for digital platforms including Chanel.com, Fashion App, and Haute Couture App
- Participate in production releases and platform updates
- Contribute to continuous optimization of UX/UI across digital properties
- Assist in creating functional wireframes and design documentation
- Support implementation and monitoring of digital KPIs
- Maintain awareness of UX trends and functional developments in the industry
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in digital and content management from prior experience
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Strong computer literacy and digital tools proficiency
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) preferred
- Basic knowledge of Figma design software preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
