Role & Responsibilities
- Support the digital project manager in planning, coordinating and delivering digital initiatives across e‑commerce, marketing and brand platforms.
- Draft and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports and meeting agendas; track milestones and action items to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including marketing, creative, merchandising, IT and external agencies; follow up on deliverables and dependencies.
- Prepare and translate business and creative briefs into actionable requirements for technical teams and vendors.
- Participate in QA/UAT cycles, log issues, verify fixes and ensure quality of content and features prior to release.
- Compile project performance data and assist with KPI reporting, post‑launch reviews and continuous improvement actions.
- Manage project documentation, asset libraries and version control to guarantee traceability and compliance with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Digital Project Management, Marketing, Communications, E‑commerce, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional manner when liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Keen interest in luxury fashion, digital commerce and user experience with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn from technical and creative stakeholders.

Internship level; prior internships or project‑based experience in digital, e‑commerce or marketing environments preferred but not required.
Education
