Role & Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of e-service projects (store locator, online appointment scheduling, click-and-collect, etc.) across multiple markets
• Contribute to project brainstorming sessions, formalize requirements, coordinate development timelines, and manage cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
• Oversee implementation of e-service campaigns across more than 25 markets
• Produce and present performance reports on digital tools, synthesizing data insights for internal teams
• Participate in meetings with regional digital partners (USA, Japan, UK, China, etc.) and prepare meeting notes and documentation
• Develop competitive benchmarks for digital and omnichannel services

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a business school or university with a focus on digital disciplines (ideally final-year internship stage)
• Passionate about the luxury industry and digital innovation
• Strong understanding of user journey design and digital customer experience development
• Fluent English speaker with ability to thrive in an international environment
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Skills

Experience

Currently a student or recent graduate pursuing or possessing a degree in Commerce, Digital Studies, or equivalent discipline; ideally in the final stage of academic studies or completing a capstone project.

Education

Business school degree (École de Commerce), university degree in Digital Studies, or equivalent qualification preferred.
