Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the CRM Project Manager in implementing the Beauty communication strategy across all markets.
- Manage global CRM communication projects both online and offline, including mailings, emailings, SMS, and other formats.
- Prepare presentation materials for CRM tools and usage recommendations for markets.
- Receive and share CRM tools, verify creative materials, receive translations, and track URLs.
- Coordinate HTML email integration with an agency.
- Oversee CRM print tool production, including validation of quantities, versions, and final PDFs.
- Consolidate campaign KPIs into reports.
- Coordinate daily with local CRM contacts across Europe, Asia, US, UK, etc., addressing local requests and understanding market-specific communication challenges.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Artistic Direction, International Marketing, E-business, Media, and Social Media.
- Conduct CRM monitoring and analysis.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Previous experience in CRM is appreciated.
