CHANEL Assistant Counter Manager position in Toronto at Holt Renfrew; full-time role managing beauty and fragrance counter operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Counter Manager in overseeing and managing CHANEL Beauty & Fragrance operations to develop opportunities and increase sales volume
- Achieve annual Beauty & Fragrance sales targets through direct selling and client engagement
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and consultative selling
- Contribute to the development of the sales team, ensuring goal-oriented performance through preparation and review of monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets
- Organize counter displays and promotional executions in collaboration with Territory Managers to ensure the success of special events
- Actively participate in merchandising activities and maintain visual excellence at the counter
- Manage Beauty & Fragrance inventory to ensure product availability and stock accuracy
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or beauty counter environments
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to develop comprehensive knowledge of CHANEL Beauty & Fragrance offerings
- Ability to deliver personalized client consultations and luxury customer service
- Leadership capability to support and develop sales team members
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in luxury retail, beauty counter operations, or department store beauty environments, with a track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional client service.
Education
Secondary education required; post-secondary education in retail management, business, or related field is preferred.
