Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Counter Manager in daily operations and management of the fragrance and beauty counter.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain the brand's luxury standards.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the counter.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Train and mentor new staff members on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
- Organize and participate in promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or luxury environment, preferably in beauty or fragrance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Education
