Role & Responsibilities

• Share monthly fashion division KPIs across European markets and business teams
• Develop and contribute to monthly reporting presenting customer insights for European fashion division
• Collaborate with cross-functional European teams (merchandising, finance, eyewear, etc.) to provide customer perspective and address business questions
• Conduct ad hoc customer studies aligned with business priorities and company developments (customer, product, retail, finance analyses)
• Support strategic presentations for European fashion division
• Animate market engagement through recurring meetings and information sharing
• Identify and respond to analytics and data requirements from market teams, supporting their customer analyses

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a business or engineering school
• First successful work experience with analytical projects
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Problem-solving mindset with rigor and responsiveness
• Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented communication skills
• Experience or demonstrated interest in retail and luxury environments
