Role & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and governance of client-facing digital programmes across CRM, e‑commerce and in‑store channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including retail operations, CRM, marketing, IT and external vendors to maintain programme timelines, dependencies and milestones.
- Maintain project plans, resource schedules, risk and issue logs; escalate critical blockers and propose mitigation strategies.
- Manage testing cycles and UAT for digital releases; prepare test plans, facilitate user acceptance and document defects until resolution.
- Produce clear programme reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders, monitor KPIs and track budgetary spend where applicable.
- Support vendor management activities including statement of work reviews, delivery oversight and quality assurance.
- Drive continuous improvement by consolidating learnings from launches, optimising processes and contributing to roadmap prioritisation.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi‑stakeholder digital projects with attention to detail and timelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience producing executive‑level reporting and status updates.
- Demonstrable capability in testing/UAT coordination, issue tracking and release management.
- Experience managing third‑party suppliers and negotiating delivery expectations.
- High level of commercial awareness and ability to translate business requirements into executable project plans.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital programme or project management, ideally within luxury retail, beauty, e‑commerce or a consumer‑facing digital environment. Prior exposure to cross‑regional rollouts and third‑party integrations is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications (e.g., Prince2, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
