Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Business Analytics function for Eyewear within the Boutiques, Parfums & Beauté network across Europe by compiling and analysing sales and assortment data.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards that track KPIs (sell-through, inventory, AUR, conversion) for regional retail teams and corporate stakeholders.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure the integrity of retail and POS datasets; highlight anomalies and propose corrective actions.
- Contribute to sales forecasting, promotional impact analysis and assortment optimisation projects in collaboration with Merchandising and Retail Operations.
- Coordinate with national retail teams and the European commercial organisation to gather requirements, deliver insights and support implementation of business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or a related discipline (required for an internship/‘stage’).
- Strong analytical aptitude with a methodical approach to problem solving and attention to data quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present findings clearly to commercial and retail stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, luxury retail environment.

Experience
Previous internships or project experience in retail analytics, commercial reporting, or business intelligence are an advantage but not mandatory. The role is designed for a student or recent graduate seeking hands‑on exposure to luxury retail analytics.
