Role & Responsibilities
- Support the European Perfumes & Beauty demand planning team in preparing sales forecasts and rolling demand plans.
- Collect, cleanse and analyze historical sales and inventory data to identify trends, seasonality and forecast variances.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards for the planning team and regional stakeholders to track forecast accuracy and stock position.
- Contribute to S&OP cycles by preparing presentation materials and participating in cross‑functional review meetings.
- Monitor demand signals from commercial teams and point‑of‑sale inputs, recommending short‑term adjustments when required.
- Assist with ad hoc analyses to quantify promotional impacts, product introductions and lifecycle transitions on demand.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrable analytical rigour and high attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesise large datasets into clear, actionable insights and executive summaries.
- Strong organisational skills and capacity to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships, academic projects or coursework in demand planning, supply chain, sales analytics or business analysis preferred but not mandatory for an internship placement.
Education
Enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme (Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering or related discipline).
