Chanel Parfums Beauté seeks an internship in Product Development for Brand Animation & Gifting in Neuilly-sur-Seine, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor competitive trends in gifting, commercial activation, and customer experience strategies to identify opportunities for brand differentiation aligned with Chanel's DNA
- Exchange regularly with regional and market teams to understand local business needs and inform Key Engagement Moment (KEM) campaign development
- Participate in the consistency, complementarity, and strategic coherence of global and local brand animation initiatives across seasonal campaigns (Holiday, Lunar New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Summer, Qixi, 520, 11.11, Eid, etc.)
- Collaborate on the full campaign development cycle from brief through final delivery of orchestrations to regional teams
- Develop and coordinate point-of-sale materials necessary for campaign deployment (signage, activation tools, boutique collateral)
- Prepare briefs for wrapping design and development
- Partner with supply chain and forecast teams to ensure availability, rationalization, and distribution of gifting and wrapping elements
- Support the development and management of wrapping and gifting catalogues for both campaign and institutional purposes
- Communicate and facilitate local team and boutique adoption of key campaign elements across on-premise and off-premise channels
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in business school, engineering school, or university
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Natural curiosity and ability to navigate multiple subjects with agility
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions
