Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise team performance and guide staff toward achieving results while developing individual talents
  • Empower Beauty Advisors through consistent feedback, support, and performance management
  • Partner with the Learning team to provide coaching and mentoring in client experience, sales techniques, service flows, and product knowledge
  • Champion CRM key performance indicators and take proactive measures to recruit, retain, and grow client loyalty
  • Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of customer details and data within the company database in accordance with data protection policies
  • Manage staff schedules and operational zoning to ensure optimal floor coverage and client service

Qualifications

  • At least two years' experience in a management role within a luxury retail environment
  • Demonstrated coaching ability to develop and empower team members
