Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise team performance and guide staff toward achieving results while developing individual talents
- Empower Beauty Advisors through consistent feedback, support, and performance management
- Partner with the Learning team to provide coaching and mentoring in client experience, sales techniques, service flows, and product knowledge
- Champion CRM key performance indicators and take proactive measures to recruit, retain, and grow client loyalty
- Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of customer details and data within the company database in accordance with data protection policies
- Manage staff schedules and operational zoning to ensure optimal floor coverage and client service
Qualifications
- At least two years' experience in a management role within a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated coaching ability to develop and empower team members
- Strong professionalism and maturity across all business functions
- Deep understanding of luxury client experience delivery and loyal client network development
