Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the fashion team, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
- Lead by example to maintain exceptional customer service and product care, ensuring team adherence to the CHANEL Charter.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand the boutique's client base and enhance customer relationships.
- Coach and mentor Fashion Advisors to improve client experience, sales skills, and teamwork.
- Ensure optimal floor coverage and manage sales tracking to meet commercial objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with senior management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Maintain operational excellence by ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and supporting sustainability initiatives.
- Oversee merchandising and product maintenance to uphold visual standards and security measures.
- Monitor team presentation and adherence to dress code and grooming guidelines.
- Ensure the boutique environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
Qualifications
- Solid background in fashion retail with a proven track record of successful sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong, personalized relationships with clients and team members.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail or luxury fashion environment, with demonstrated success in sales and team leadership.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
