Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the fashion team, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
  • Lead by example to maintain exceptional customer service and product care, ensuring team adherence to the CHANEL Charter.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand the boutique's client base and enhance customer relationships.
  • Coach and mentor Fashion Advisors to improve client experience, sales skills, and teamwork.
  • Ensure optimal floor coverage and manage sales tracking to meet commercial objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with senior management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain operational excellence by ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and supporting sustainability initiatives.
  • Oversee merchandising and product maintenance to uphold visual standards and security measures.
  • Monitor team presentation and adherence to dress code and grooming guidelines.
  • Ensure the boutique environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.

Qualifications

  • Solid background in fashion retail with a proven track record of successful sales.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong, personalized relationships with clients and team members.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

Skills

Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Proficiency in client relationship management. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Fluency in additional languages is an asset.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail or luxury fashion environment, with demonstrated success in sales and team leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
